Columbia Trading Co., together with prominent fellow maritime book dealer Howland & Co., have entered into an exclusive North American distribution agreement with LTYachting Editions, the Franco-Italian publishers founded recently by Jacques Taglang and Luigi Lang to produce a series of definitive, high quality books on yachting history and design. The first two have just arrived in the U.S. They are described below, and they will not disappoint. In fact, they will set the standard by which past and future such publications will be judged in terms of scholarship, photographic images, graphics, plans and drawings, breadth of subject coverage, and the sheer physical artistry of the books’ production.
